As President and Founder of Invest Capital Group, Gabriel oversees the execution of each investment with the goal of maximizing returns while ensuring the firm's exposure continues to grow through innovative marketing strategies. He plays a critical role in meeting investment objectives and monitoring portfolio assets. Gabriel provides ongoing strategic direction to the firm's senior leadership while simultaneously maintaining an intense focus on its performance and fiduciary responsibility to its investors. He leads the decision-making process at the organization's highest level on both the asset management and investment.

Gabriel began his career in software applications in France, ultimately selling his company in 2000. He co-founded NextFund Capital Partners, a private equity fund that targeted midsize companies, and founded Ginvest, a real estate fund focused on commercial and residential properties in the European market. In 2004, Gabriel took his investment expertise to the US and founded Real Fund Capital, headquartered in Aventura, Florida targeting commercial and residential income-producing properties. In 2008, Gabriel co-founded ESJ Capital Partners and a Luxembourg Investment Funds. Ten years later, he decided to sell his stake in ESJ to create Invest Capital Group.

Gabriel’s entrepreneurial nature and experience in real estate, finance and private equity combined with his knowledge of developing venture business in Europe and the USA has helped him successfully execute strategic objectives at each of his companies.

Gabriel currently sits on the Board of Directors of various companies as well as the Advisory Board of the University of Miami’s Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism Program. Gabriel holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Finance, Strategy & Entrepreneurship. 

David Amiel is the Director of Investments at Invest Capital Group. He works closely with the managing principals on all aspects of new investments, refinancing, and asset dispositions. His responsibilities include origination, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring. David is also responsible for maintaining the tracking of the actual financial performance of portfolio investments while working as a team with Asset Management.

Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, David worked for 5 years at ESJ Capital Partners. His position consisted of underwriting, financial modeling for properties and due diligence. 

David received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami.

Yonathan Parienti is Managing Director, Head of International Affairs, and Member of the Executive Committee at Invest Capital Group. 

With over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, Mr. Parienti held outstanding Senior Executive responsibilities in major global banking groups such as J.P. Morgan, Bank of China, and Julius Baer. He has a strong knowledge and professional finance background, advising high net-worth individuals and companies in all facets of the capital markets and providing advanced strategic investment solutions and ideas. He founded Horyou in 2013. Mr. Parienti attended his Master's Degree in Finance from Reims Management School.

Veronique Damseaux has over 25 years of experience in the Finance and Real Estate Industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Veronique serves as a key member of the executive team. She oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, investment strategy, and operations for Invest Capital’s growing portfolio of assets. Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, Veronique worked for 9 years in different positions in the Real Estate Industry across large and midsize corporations, where she assisted with a wide range of accounting duties on both operating and development properties. In her last position, she successfully managed 3 projects totaling more than $500M. In addition, she had her own consulting business since 2004 providing clients financial strategies. Veronique holds a Masters in International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina. She also has a dual Bachelor/Master in Finance from the University of Liege Belgium.

Matthew MacNair is Director of Asset Management at Invest Capital Group. He analyzes and underwrites potential deals, manages the performance of investments, and assists in all aspects of due diligence. Matthew also coordinates the preparation of investment marketing materials and assists with investor relations.

Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, Matthew worked at Kaufman, Rossin and Co., a CPA firm in Miami, where he performed financial statement audits for clients in an array of real estate industries. From this, Matthew has gained an in-depth understanding of the financial and operating structures of various real estate entities. He has been an active CPA in the state of Florida since 2018.

Matthew was born and raised in Miami, FL. He obtained his degree in accounting from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Afterward, he attained his Master of Accounting at Nova Southeastern University.

Javier Lorenzo, is the Director of Development at Invest Capital Group. He spearheads the development and construction of Invest Capital Group's projects. With a focus on refining investment and development strategies, Javier meticulously evaluates cost and revenue assumptions to mitigate risks, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects within budgetary constraints.

Prior to his role at Invest Capital Group, Javier served as the Vice President of Development at Premium Development, overseeing multifamily projects. With a decade of experience in architecture, including work on notable projects in South Florida, Javier leverages his architectural background to strategically enhance investment decisions.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Javier holds a Master of Architecture from Florida International University.

Olga Kosterina is Property and Asset Manager at Invest Capital Group. She facilitates the transition from development and construction to leasing. She actively engages and oversees third-party property management companies to realize a rapid progression from lease-up through stabilization. While creating the highest level of resident and user experience across the company’s portfolio, Olga ensures that each property meets or exceeds financial expectations, is physically maintained at or above company standards, and complies with all regulatory requirements. She also assists in underwriting potential deals and due diligence.

Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, Olga worked in property management for nearly 20 years in various third-party and owner-managed property management firms and more recently as a Regional Property Manager.

Olga attended Truman State University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Linguistics. She attained her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management and is currently pursuing Juris Master’s degree at Florida State University School of Law. 

Alexandra Benoliel manages the marketing and communication for Invest Capital Group. She is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company including the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute marketing campaigns across different platforms. Alexandra also prepares all the investor materials and is the point of contact between the investors and ICG’s executive team.  

Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, Alexandra worked at Aura Groupe, a luxury digital marketing firm. She was responsible for managing social media strategies for various luxury lifestyle and hospitality accounts, she managed and developed digital marketing plans, created campaigns for brands such as the St.Regis Hotels, W Hotel, Douglas Elliman and more.

Alexandra was born in Paris, France and moved to Miami at a young age. She graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Communications and Art History.

Julian Ouaknine is an Associate Analyst at Invest Capital Group. He underwrites deals, researches the market conditions surrounding any potential and current deals, conducts comparable analysis, and pulls useful demographic statistic. His market analysis provides the support needed based on economic conditions, market trends, and financial situations for the acquisition of a property. Julian also assists in the preparation of investment marketing materials.

Prior to joining Invest Capital Group, Julian worked as a Canvassing Director for Hard Knocks USA, where he managed a team of canvassers for candidate and issue-based political campaigns. In this role he became more familiar with the local-level political economies surrounding real estate development as an industry, and currently uses this to provide context to his analysis.

Julian was born and raised in Miami, FL, where he also received his degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Miami. He then went on to earn his Masters in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy at University of Washington.

Alexandra Essenfeld is responsible for all administrative activities pertaining to Invest Capital Group. Her role includes Invoices Payments, office scheduling, setting up meetings, and communicating on behalf of the company’s executives. Alexandra also implements administrative projects, systems, procedures, and policies. As the Administrative Coordinator she also serves as a liaison between third parties and ICG’s executive team.

Prior to joining the Invest Capital Group team, she worked as community manager for over 10 accounts managing their social media, marketing, and strategies for brand growth.

Alexandra is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Media Management and Marketing from the University of Miami.
