Invest Capital Group (ICG) is a real estate investment management and development firm focused on multifamily assets. Since 2005, ICG has been engaged in the development, construction, and management of apartment rental communities and as well as, charter schools, office buildings and retail. ICG has assembled over 7 million square feet of real estate worth over $2 billion within high growth markets in the United States.

Our goal is to source, evaluate, and invest in ground-up developments or income-generating properties requiring repositioning, and create value for our investors while minimizing risk.
